Another Endorsement

Our book has received a nice endorsement from Prof. Nick Bambos (Stanford University, USA), who is a well-known expert in networking, risk management, and network security.

A decision and game theoretic approach has recently emerged as an important tool for addressing key issues in network security and risk management. This book provides a comprehensive account of this approach by two experts that have pioneered its development and demonstrates its high potential. This is the blog of my upcoming book "Network Security: A Decision and Game Theoretic Approach" co-authored with Tamer Başar. It will be published by Cambridge University Press at the end of this year or in early 2011.

It may seem strange to have a blog associated with an upcoming book but the benefits are many. It gives a chance to the readers to interact with authors,  announce updates,  disseminate errata (hopefully not many!), etc. Therefore, I will do my best to keep this blog alive.
